Police Beat: Man jailed on drug charges

Feb. 18
INCIDENTS
Vandalism to a vehicle was reported in the 1900 block of Owens Road. Sugar was reportedly put in the gas tank.
Theft of a cellphone was reported in the 200 block of East Fairground Street.
Theft of a cellphone case was reported in the 1600 block of Marion-Mt. Gilead Road.
ARRESTS
A 21-year-old woman was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 100 block of America Boulevard.
A 22-year-old man was arrested for assault in the 2400 block of Curren Drive.
A 46-year-old man was cited for failure to confine a dog in the 500 block of Euclid Avenue.
A 30-year-old woman was arrested for theft in the 1500 block of Marion-Mt. Gilead Road.
A 36-year-old woman was arrested in the 1300 block of Marion-Waldo Road for driving under the influence, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving without headlights.
Feb. 19
INCIDENTS
Theft from a motor vehicle was reported in the 900 block of Scenic Drive. A window was a damaged and a wallet taken. Loss was set at $240.
Fraudulent use of credit cards was reported in the 6900 block of Wildcat Pike.
ARRESTS
Donald Raynal McKenzie, 27, 279 St. Prospect St., was arrested on felony charges of possession of heroin, trafficking in heroin and a probation violation after a traffic stop at North Prospect Street and West Fairground Street. In the same stop, Alisha Marie Hughes, 24, 518 Summit St., was arrested on a felony count for failure to comply with a court order and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug abuse instruments. A 29-year-old man was charged with of possession of drug abuse instruments.
Luther Robert McIntosh, 43, 568 Polk St., was arrested on warrants from Marion County, Ind., on charges of prescription offenses and criminal conversion, and arrested on a felony charge of being a fugitive from justice. In the same incident, a 39-year-old man was arrested on a warrant from Marion County Common Pleas Court for nonsupport. A 32-year-old woman at the address was arrested on two counts of nonsupport.
Joseph Matthew Roeder, 22, 1061 Barbados Drive, was arrested on a warrant for a felony count of trafficking in marijuana.
A 35-year-old man was arrested in the area of Harding Highway and Lawrence Avenue for disorderly conduct.

INCIDENTS
A handgun was reported missing in the 500 block of Whetstone Road after it reported fell off the back of a vehicle.
ARRESTS
Ryan Austin Belt, 19, 1870 Zwayer Drive, was arrested on warrants for two felony counts of failure to comply with a court order.
A 23-year-old man was arrested in the 1400 block of Southland Parkway on charges of domestic violence and falsification.
A 20-year-old woman was arrested in the 1400 block of Southland Parkway on a charge of aggravated menacing.
A 38-year-old woman was arrested in the 2100 block of Marion-Mt. Gilead Road, and charged with theft, possession of criminal tools and endangering children.
A 31-year-old man was arrested in the 400 block of McMahan Boulevard and charged with theft.
A 68-year-old woman was cited for failure to register a dog following a report of a stray dog in the area of Van Atta Avenue and White Oaks Road.
A 29-year-old woman was arrested for theft and two counts of endangering children in the 1500 block of Marion-Mt. Gilead Road.
A 26-year-old woman was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 200 block of James Way.
Two 23-year-old men were arrested for disorderly conduct after a fight in the 1400 block of Southland Parkway.

A 32-year-old man was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court in the 400 block of Olney Avenue.

A 37-year-old man was arrested on warrants for theft, resisting arrest and obstructing official business in the 300 block of South Prospect Street.
A 26-year-old man was arrested on a warrant for assault in the 300 block of Pearl Street.
A 59-year-old woman was arrested on a court summons/citation for theft in the 200 block of West Center Street.
A 43-year-old man was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court in the 200 block of Leader Street.
A 49-year-old man was charged with disorderly conduct after his arrest in the 300 block of Clinton Street.

ARRESTS
Da’Mone Davonn Phillips, 23, 2858 Duvall Lane, Columbus, was charged with drug abuse/possession of heroin, drug abuse/possession of marijuana, and weapons under disability. He was arrested in the 400 block of Foster Lane, Marion.
A 22-year-old man was charged with drug abuse/possession of marijuana, illegal use or possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia, and operating a vehicle under the influence after his arrest in the 1200 block of Delaware Avenue.
A 32-year-old man was charged with disorderly conduct and nonsupport of dependents after his arrest in the 500 block of Pearl Street.
A 26-year-old man was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court in the 1500 block of Victory Road.
A 24-year-old man was arrested on a court summons/citation for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass in the 200 block of Libby Lane.
A 20-year-old man was arrested on a court summons/citation for disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Libby Lane.
A 28-year-old man was charged with domestic violence after his arrest in the 300 block of Oliver Street.
A 24-year-old man was charged with disorderly conduct after his arrest in the 600 block of Mt. Vernon Avenue.

A 38-year-old man was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation in the 300 block of Cherry Street.
A 29-year-old woman was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court in the 100 block of Cayuga Street.
