A man was arrested Sunday after police said he pretended to be personnel to sneak into a Charlie Wilson concert.

Donell Raglin, 63, was charged with impersonation of a peace officer or private police officer and obstructing official business, according to court documents.

Police said Raglin showed U.S. Bank Arena officials a badge, a radio and told them he was "with the City" before he gained access to the venue.

Though police attempted to stop Raglin several times for an investigation, he continued to walk away, police said.

Raglin was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center after the incident. He was released Monday on a $2,000 bond.
