Police said a woman was arrested Sunday after a fight at Kenwood Towne Centre, then slipped out of handcuffs and escaped from a police car.

Shaneisha Heath, 27, is charged with escape, obstructing official business and disorderly conduct, according to court documents.

Heath was first arrested after police broke up a fight between her and Jackee England in the Kenwood Towne Center's parking lot, police said.

As police were placing England in custody, officers said Heath slipped out of her handcuffs. Officers said they secured Heath again by placing her in a police cruiser, but she crawled through a window into the front seat and fled out of the driver's door.

Heath was apprehended after a short foot pursuit, according to court documents.

Heath was arraigned Monday and released from the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $1,000 bond.
