Oct. 19

Trunk-or-Treat: 6 p.m. at Mount Tabor Community Christian Church, 6043 Mount Tabor Road. This is a family event.

Oct. 25

Halloween Fun Night: 5 to 6 p.m. Area downtown businesses will participate in trick-or-treat. Costume judging will begin at 6:15 p.m. in the parking lot behind the Pickaway County Banking Center at 120 S. Court St. in Circleville.

Trunk-or-Treat: 6 to 7:30 p.m. Ohio Christian University, 1476 Lancaster Pike, Circleville. Games also will be available in the parking lot.

Circleville Key Club's Haunted Hallways: 5:30 to 7 p.m. principal’s office at Circleville High School, 380 Clark Drive, Circleville. This is a free trick-or-treat event for children 10 and younger and their parents. New or gently used children and young adult books will be collected and donated to the Ronald McDonald House in Columbus.

Oct. 26

Frankfort Halloween Parade: 7:30 p.m. The parade will form before the start time at Brad Lightle Park, North Main Street, Frankfort

Oct. 27

Adelphi: 6 to 7 p.m.

Chillicothe: 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Downtown Trick-or-Treat: 6 to 7:30 p.m. Members of the Chillicothe Downtown Business Association will hold their annual downtown Trick or Treat event in conjunction with the city of Chillicothe’s Trick-or-Treat.

Colerain Township: 6 to 7 p.m.

Concord Township: 6 to 7 p.m.

Clarksburg: 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Frankfort: 6 to 7 p.m.

Franklin Township: 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Green Township: 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Green: 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Hallsville: 6 to 7 p.m.

Harrison Township: 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Huntington Township: 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Jefferson Township: 6 to 7 p.m.

Kingston: 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Laurelville: 6 to 7 p.m.

Liberty Township: 6 to 7 p.m. A Halloween party will begin at 7 p.m. at the firehouse on U.S. 50

Scioto Township: 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Springfield Township: 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Twin Township: 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Union Township: 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Trunk-or-Treat: Members of the church will hand out candy to neighborhood children in the church parking lot. If raining, the event will be held inside. 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Andersonville United Methodist Church, 1249 Andersonville Road, Chillicothe

Pumpkin Palooza Trunk-or-Treat: 6 to 8 p.m. at First Church of God, 780 E. Water St. This is a family-friendly event with free candy and food.

Trunk-or-Treat: 5 to 9 p.m. at Westside Church of the Nazarene, 730 Orange St.

Londonderry: 6 to 7 p.m., followed by Halloween party at 7:30 p.m. at the firehouse, 34568 U.S. 50

Signature HealthCARE of Chillicothe Trick-or-Treat: The residents and their families will be handing out candy in the halls and a costume party will follow. Cookies and punch will be available. 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Bainbridge and Paxton Township: 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Oct. 28

Trick-or-Treat Extravaganza: This event will include bounce houses, arts, crafts, activities and games. Food and drinks will be available to purchase. Attendees are asked to bring a donation of gently used or new coats and nonperishable food items. 6 to 9:30 p.m. Ohio University-Chillicothe Shoemaker Center, 101 University Drive.

Laurelville Elementary School Halloween parade: Students will wear costumes and participate in a parade. 1:15 p.m.

Preschool Halloween party: Babies, toddlers and preschoolers are invited to the library dressed in costume for a party and parade. There will be stories, songs, games, a craft and a costume trick-or-treat parade. To register for this event, visit crcpl.org. Northside Branch Library, 550 Buckeye St. 11 a.m.

Teen Halloween party: There will be a scavenger hunt, Halloween-themed games and snacks. To register for this event, visit crcpl.org Chillicothe and Ross County Library, 140 S. Paint St., Chillicothe. 6 p.m.

Oct. 29

Halloween parade: The Chillicothe Jaycees and the Evening Lions will present their annual Halloween parade. To register for the parade, visit chillicothejaycees.org. Downtown Chillicothe. 7 p.m.

Circleville: 4 to 5:30 p.m.

Waverly: Trick-or-Treat will be held from 5 to 6:30 and a parade will follow at 7 p.m.

Oct. 31

Trick-or-Treat at the library: Kingston Branch Library, 17 N. Main St., Kingston. 6 p.m.

Piketon: 5 to 6:30 p.m.
