Police log: Man asks ex for money

MISSING ITEMS

• 6:17 a.m., a caller reported items missing from a truck parked at a cemetery. When deputies arrived at the scene, the truck was gone, County Road 233, Riley Township.

CHARGED

• Kelly Ahrens, 40, of Bellevue, was charged with one felony count of tampering with evidence.

• A 51-year-old Fremont man was charged with one misdemeanor count of probation violation.

• A 29-year-old Clyde man was charged with one misdemeanor count of domestic violence.

• A 33-year-old Fremont man was charged with one misdemeanor count of domestic violence.

UNWANTED PERSON

• 2:03 a.m., a caller reported an ex-boyfriend who was unwanted at her home was trying to get money from her to buy food. The woman told the police the man keeps calling and texting her. She said he uses all his money to buy drugs. The woman advised police she wants officers to tell the man he is not welcome at her home and that she will file charges if he comes back, 500 block Fourth Street.
