1:03 a.m. –– Tiffany J. Gillum, 34, was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments. Charles H. Orender, 63, was served with a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and was cited for driving under suspension.

1:44 a.m. –– Kristen M. Findling, 27, was served with two warrants for possessing drug abuse instruments and failure to return to jail after a medical furlough.
