At disposition, court sentenced defendant to four years in prison, concurrent to another case, costs assessed against defendant. Judge Ater

Collins, Caldwell, two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, court granted defendant's motion for Judicial Release, court ordered three years community control, Community Based Control Facility, Ross County Jail until admission in to Community Based Control Facility, aftercare, 100 hours community service within six months after Community Based Control Facility, attend two 12-step programs per week.
