Aggravated burglary among secret indictments

MARION – Two Columbus women face first-degree felony aggravated burglary counts after they were indicted by the Marion County grand jury.

Shari R. Breech, 46, and Shaneka R. Tuff, 26, were among a number of secret indictments whose names were released recently by the Marion County prosecutor’s office.

Breech and Tuff were jointly indicted also on one count each of assault, a first-degree misdemeanor, in connection with a July 7, 2014, incident in which they entered a structure occupied by a woman. The indictment alleges they harmed or attempted to cause physical harm to the woman.

Bryan S. Miller, 37, Chatfield, and Brittany M. Tyson, 24, Bucyrus, were jointly indicted on single counts of possession of heroin, a second-degree felony.

Brittney Thomas, 25, 355 W. Church St., was indicted on one count of possession of heroin, a third-degree felony.

Darius R. Thompson, 23, 410 Oak St., faces one count of possession of cocaine, a fourth-degree felony.

Bobby R. Cooper, 32, 1118 Woodbine Ave., was indicted on two counts of theft, both fifth-degree felonies; and two counts of theft, both first-degree misdemeanors.

Jason S. Manley, 37, last known address 356 Monroe St., faces one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Melinda A. Slone, 21, last known address 288 E. Center St., was indicted on two counts of forgery, both fifth-degree felonies, and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

David W. Mahoney, 41, a Marion Correctional Institution inmate, was indicted on single counts of breaking and entering, and theft, both fifth-degree felonies.

Dustin L. Boston, 34, 875 Linn-Hipsher Road, faces single counts of possession of heroin and aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies.

Robert A. Maynard, 45, 937 Underwood Ave. S., was indicted on one count of theft of a credit card, a fifth-degree felony.

Marvin J. McLain, 25, 626 Fair Park Ave., was indicted on one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

Donald W. Pounds, 34, 1389 Southland Parkway, faces one count of theft of a credit card, a fifth-degree felony.

Andraea D. Williams, 33, LaRue, faces one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Christian J. Gabriel, 44, 1030 Oakgrove Ave., was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.

Steven S. Smith, 37, 6605 Marion-Agosta Road-191, was indicted on a count of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.

Matthew L. Thomas, 34, 970 Paula Drive, was indicted on one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

Tracy S. Gaines, 27, 801 Windsor St., faces one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.
