Zanesville man cited for 7th OVI

ZANESVILLE – A 40-year-old man has been cited by the Ohio Highway Patrol with his seventh OVI.

Scott D. Mautz, of Zanesville, was arrested after troopers stopped him for a traffic violation just before 1 a.m. on Sunday.

The case will be presented to the Muskingum County Prosecutor's Office to seek felony charges.
