Up to 3 inches of snow in forecast

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Licking County from Wednesday afternoon to Thursday afternoon, lessening its earlier predictions for snow.

One to 3 inches of snow are expected in the area after the rain transitions to snow Wednesday morning.

A winter storm watch has been canceled.
