Three brothers in need of gifts

For the next few weeks, The Advocate will run biographies of families who need help providing Christmas gifts for their children. Read below to find out how you can help make these children's holiday dreams come true.

A family with three boys needs help this Christmas.

Their youngest, a 9-month-old, needs 12-month sleepers and diapers.

He also would like toys that are noisy or light up, Mickey Mouse items and educational toys.

His 10-year-old brothers would like Skylanders, a remote-controlled helicopter and Skylanders bed sheets.

Their 12-year-old wants a cotton candy machine, a remote-controlled helicopter and Legos.

To help this family, contact the Salvation Army at 740-345-8120 to “adopt them.” Then drop off the new, wrapped items marked “Family #505” at the Salvation Army at 250 E. Main St., Newark before Dec. 18.
