Police log: Kids warned for throwing rocks at lights

• 7:51 p.m., a woman reported that a fraudulent company has stolen her husband’s identity and is using his name, Social Security number and home address, 7000 block of North Myers Street, Allen Township.

PORT CLINTON POLICE DEPARTMENT

NARCOTICS

• 8:00 p.m., a caller reported drug activity at an apartment building; officers spoke with the subjects and found the report to be unfounded, 1100 block of West Fremont Road.

ASSISTANCE

• 7:06 p.m., a caller reported smoke in the area that smelled like something was burning and it was found to be someone burning leaves who then put the fire out, corner of Fourth and Jefferson Street.

JUVENILE COMPLAINT

• 5:31 p.m., a caller reported that two kids were throwing rocks at street lights; an officer spoke with the kids and warned them about throwing rocks, corner of Second and Harrison Street.

NARCOTICS

• 3:28 p.m., a caller reported two kids in an alley possibly smoking marijuana, 200 block of Washington Street.
