Frankfort man seriously hurt in crash

CHILLICOTHE – A Frankfort man was flown Friday morning to a Columbus hospital with life-threatening injuries following a two-vehicle crash on Ohio 207 at Westfall Road.

According to the Ohio Highway Patrol, Vincent Collins, 42, and passenger Delta Greene, 41, both of Frankfort, were eastbound on Westfall Road in a 2004 Honda Pilot at 10:56 a.m. The patrol said Collins failed to yield at a stop sign and was struck by a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Deborah Colburn, 60, of Clarksburg, who was northbound on Ohio 207.

Collins was flown by Air Evac to Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. Colburn and Greene were taken to Adena Regional Medical Center for non-incapacitating injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
