Several sentenced in Common Pleas Court

•David L. Moore, 49, 3620 Coopermill Road, Zanesville, was placed on two years of community control after he pleaded guilty to failure to comply, a third-degree felony that includes a firearm and forfeiture specification. He also pleaded to two misdemeanors of falsification and possession of drug paraphernalia. As part of his sentence, he must also complete a Genesis alcohol and drug rehabilitation program, 50 hours of community service. His driver's license was suspended for three years and his vehicle was forfeited to the state. Moore faces an alternate 18 months in prison.

•Gary M. Johnson, 41, 977 McIntire Ave., Zanesville, was sentenced in two separate cases to a total of 34 months in prison. He was sentenced in the first case to 17 months in prison after he pleaded guilty to possession of drugs (cocaine,) a fourth-degree felony. Post release control is optional for up to three years. Johnson was also sentenced to a consecutive 17 months in prison after pleading guilty in a separate case to aggravated assault, a fourth-degree felony.

•Khali W. Pettiford, 28, 915 Sunset Dr., Zanesville, was sentenced to 42 months in prison after pleading guilty to four counts of trafficking in drugs (heroin,) a fifth-degree felony. A weapons charge was dismissed at his sentencing, as was a firearm specification on one of the trafficking charges. Three years of post release control is optional in the case.

•Daniel D. Lynch, 23, 2458 Michael Dr., Zanesville, was sentenced to 14 months in prison after pleading guilty to failure to register as a sexual offender (address change,) a fourth-degree felony. Three years of post-release control is optional in the case.

•Antonio E. Hardin, 40, 1299 Pfeiffer Dr., Zanesville, was sentenced to 11 months in prison after pleading guilty to a community control violation. Hardin was originally placed on community control last August after pleading guilty to OVI, a misdemeanor, and possession of drugs (cocaine,) a fifth-degree felony.

•Justin L. Seenes, 20, 622 Baker St., was sentenced to 17 months in prison after admitting to community control violations. He was originally placed on community control for three years in April 2013 after pleading guilty to carrying a concealed weapon, a fourth-degree felony. Three years of post-release control is optional.
