Voters will once again decide on a 5-year, 1-mill levy for capital improvements at the Coshocton County Career Center. It's the third time the career center is trying for the levy estimated to raise $865,661 annually.

Also on the ballot is a proposed one-half percent income tax increase that would benefit law enforcement, criminal justice and general safety and security. The hike would raise an estimated $1.4 million a year and primarily go to the city's contract with the Coshocton County Sheriff's Office for police services.

Polls close at 7:30 p.m. There are 15 polling stations in Coshocton County's 25 precincts.
