Ten indicted by grand jury

BUCYRUS - Ten people were indicted on 17 charges during Monday’s session of the Crawford County Grand Jury. The arraignments in the county’s Common Pleas Court could produce 15 felonies, if all are convicted.

Michael Massey was charged with three felonies and two misdemeanors Monday and was assigned a bond of $200,000. Massey was indicted for: weapons under disability, a third-degree felony; possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; drug trafficking, a fifth-degre felony; possession of marijuana, a first-degree misdemeanor; and obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Another $200,000 bond was assigned to Tasia Myers, who was handed a second-degree felony charge for burglary. Also accused of burglary, another second-degree felony, was Micha Jones, who was assigned a bond of $150,000.

Charges of burglary (second-degree felony) and domestic violence (fourth-degree felony) were handed down Monday to Tracie Huffman, who was assigned a personal recognizance bond.

Gregory Schilling Jr. was indicted for burglary, a second-degree felony, and was assigned a bond of $175,000.

Two theft charges — on a third-degree felony and the other a fourth-degree felony -- were handed to Michael Music, along with a bond of $75,000.

Kara Ohler was accused of two fourth-degree felony counts of drug trafficking, and was assinged a bond of $150,000.

Also accused Monday were: Justin Testement of third-degree felony tampering with evidence ($75,000 bond); Heather Grasley of fifth-degree felony drug possession ($100,000 bond); and Zachary McIntyre of fifth-degree felony false voter registration (personal recognizance bond).
