Girl, 5, hit by truck on Luck Ave.

ZANESVILLE – A five-year-old girl was hit by a truck shortly before 5 p.m. Sunday near 419 Luck Ave.

The girl’s father, Aaron Sharrer, said his daughter suffered many scrapes. The girl was transported by ambulance to Genesis Hospital.

Zanesville Police Department and Zanesville Fire Department responded to the accident.

ZPD could not confirm if any citations would be issued.
