Bond hearings

The following people appeared before Licking County Common Pleas Court Magistrate Mattie Klein for bond hearings. The cases may be reviewed by a grand jury for possible indictment or additional charges.

Garrison A. Warner, 30, last known address 81 Eighth St., Newark, was charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony.

On Feb. 8, Warner was suspected of shooting a firearm at a person, according to a statement of facts.

Klein set bond at $20,000.

Daniel C. Newbauer, 21, last known address 11546 Staddens Bridge Road, Newark, was charged with theft of the elderly, a fifth-degree felony.

Between Dec. 1 and Feb. 8, Newbauer was suspected of stealing from a person considered to be of an elderly age, according to a statement of facts.

Klein released Newbauer on his own recognizance.

Charles L. Hagy Jr., 32, last known address 13541 Palmer Road, Reynoldsburg, was charged with theft of a firearm, a third-degree felony.

Between Jan. 29 and Feb. 7, Hagy was suspected of stealing a firearm, according to a statement of facts.

Klein released Hagy on his own recognizance.

Jo Ann Sellars, 28, last known address 8409 National Road Room 2, Pataskala, was charged with trafficking in cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.

On Feb. 5, Sellars was suspected of selling cocaine, according to a statement of facts.

Klein set bond at $10,000.

Reginald L. Robinson, 37, last known address 6751 Helm Lane, Reynoldsburg, was charged with burglary, a second-degree felony.

On Feb. 9, Robinson was suspected of breaking into a residence and taking property, according to a statement of facts.

Klein set bond at $25,000.
