Bond hearings

The following people appeared before Licking County Common Pleas Court Magistrate Mattie Klein for bond hearings Monday. The cases may be reviewed by a grand jury for possible indictment or additional charges.

Thomas F. Hayes Jr., 50, last known address 36 Philmont Ave., Newark, was charged with aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony.

On July 25, Hayes was suspected of kicking the door in at a residence and threatening someone inside, according to a statement of facts.

Klein set bond at $35,000.

Ann B. McNamara, 25, last known address 239 Granville Road, Granville, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

On July 29, McNamara was suspected of having methamphetamine in her possession, according to a statement of facts.

Klein set bond at $40,000.
