INCIDENTS

A report of violation of a protection order was made in the 300 block of Silver Street.

A woman reported a robbery in the 400 block of South Main Street and $200 in cash was stolen.

FEB. 5

ARRESTS

Billy J. Combs, 31, 554 Davids St., was arrested in the 500 block of Henry Street on a felony warrant for nonsupport of dependents.

A woman was arrested in the 700 block of North Main Street on a warrant for failure to appear.

A woman was arrested in the 1000 block of Bermuda Circle on a warrant for disorderly conduct.

INCIDENTS

A man reported disorderly conduct at the Multi-County Correctional Center.

A man reported a theft in the 100 block of East Farming Street and pills were stolen.

A man reported a burglary in the 300 block of Bellefontaine Avenue and a wallet and 10 other items not described on the police report were stolen.

A man reported a theft from a motor vehicle in the 400 block of Forest Lawn Boulevard and a laptop and a bow were stolen.

ARRESTS

Robin L. Pennington, 34, 191 E. Farming St., was arrested at Marion General Hospital on a felony charge of possession of heroin and misdemeanor charges of possessing a drug abuse instrument and resisting arrest.

A man was arrested in the 200 block of Park Boulevard on a warrant for probation violation.

A man was arrested in the 100 block of North Main Street on a warrant for failure to appear.

A woman was arrested in the 200 block of Oak Street on a charge of disorderly conduct by intoxication.

A man was arrested in the 600 block of Mount Vernon Avenue on charges of disorderly conduct by intoxication and underage consumption.

A woman was arrested in the 300 block of Davids Street on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

INCIDENTS

A man reported disorderly conduct in the 300 block of Franklin Street.

A man reported domestic violence in the 500 block of Clinton Street.

ARRESTS

Mellisa L. Beckman, 31, 420 Jefferson St., was arrested at the Multi-County Correctional Center on a felony charge of assault.

A man and a woman were arrested in the 800 block of Wilson Drive on a charge of disorderly conduct.

A man was arrested in the 100 block of West Huber Street on a charge of disorderly conduct by intoxication.

A man was arrested in the 700 block of Trinidad Drive on charges of assault, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other drugs and criminal trespass.

A woman was arrested in the 500 block of Clinton Street on a warrant for failure to appear.

INCIDENTS

A man reported disorderly conduct in the 100 block of Dix Avenue.

A man reported a burglary and criminal damaging in the 400 block of Foster Lane and a Ruger 250 long rifle, Beretta semi-automatic pistol, CVA .50 caliber muzzle loader, a Mosin-Nagant 7.62 rifle, a Crossman BB pistol, a cell phone and four pocket knives were stolen.
