INCIDENTS
A man reported a theft in the 400 block of Smith Street and a compactor was stolen.
A woman reported a burglary in the 100 block of North Grand Street and a video game system was stolen.
A man reported a theft in the 200 block of East George Street and a stereo and record player were stolen.
A juvenile reported disorderly conduct in the 300 block of Pearl Street.
