LHS hosts annual mock interview day

LANCASTER — On Sept. 11 Lancaster High School hosted its fifth annual Mock Interview Day.

Twenty-eight Lancaster High School seniors took part in the event involving 14 community and business leaders from various organizations, including: Fairfield National Bank, Fairfield Medical Center, Buckeye Honda and more.

Armed with a job application and dressed in professional business attire, the students spent 30 minutes being interviewed by the volunteers.

Following the exercise, the students and volunteers convened together in a forum and shared candid and constructive feedback regarding the student’s performance as well as provided overall career preparedness tips.

The Lancaster High School Marketing Education Program is one of the 12 Career Tech programs available at Lancaster High School.
