Motorcycle crash victim in stable condition

LANCASTER – Police identified a city man who crashed his motorcycle Friday afternoon on Mohawk Driver as 30-year-old Keith N. Crist.

Crist was airlifted to the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center where he is listed in stable condition.

Police said Crist was revving the engine and was up on one wheel when he lost control and struck a utility pole. He was ejected from the motorcycle and landed in a driveway against a garage door.

Police also said a witness who knows Crist said the throttle on the motorcycle had been sticking. It is not known if that was the reason for the crash.
