INCIDENTS
A 34-year-old Marion man was served with a warrant for non-support of dependents.

ARREST
Benjamin Phillips, 27, Marion, was served three warrants from Common Pleas Court on felony possession of drugs charges.
THEFTS
A small feed bin was reported stolen on Ohio 309 in Big Island Township.
A theft report on Hoch Road was investigated.

THEFT
A woman was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart as well as an active warrant for failure to appear.
INCIDENTS
A Prospect Township resident reported someone known to him out of state opened two credit cards in his name without permission.

INCIDENTS
A 28-year-old Marion woman was served a warrant for non-support of dependents.
THEFT
A woman was arrested for theft at Walmart and taken to the multi-county jail.
A report of a theft at Aldi grocery on Oio 95 was investigated.
A resident of Gillette Road in Waldo Township reported theft from a yard sale display.
