Derek R. Guysinger, 886 Madison Ave., three counts of rape, five counts of gross sexual imposition, defendant classified as a Tier III sex offender, court sentenced defendant to 10 years to life on counts one through three, to be served concurrent to each other, court sentenced defendant to five years in prison on counts four through eight, to be served consecutive to each other and consecutive to sentence in counts one through three (35 years to life net sentence), costs waived. Nathan M. Burk, Frankfort, trafficking in heroin, aggravated possession of drugs, tampering with evidence, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, state amended count two to allege F4 aggravated possession of drugs and count four to allege F3 aggravated possession of drugs, defendant entered plea of guilty to charges contained in indictment, court sentenced defendant to 12 months in prison on count one, 18 months in prison on count two, 36 months in prison on count three, 36 months in prison on count four, six years in prison on count five, and 18 months in prison on count six, all counts concurrent to each other and concurrent to 15 CR 110, six month driver’s license suspension, mandatory fine waived by affidavit, seized funds to be applied toward costs. Nathan M. Burk, Frankfort, illegally conveying a prohibited item to detention, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, aggravated possession of drugs, defendant plead guilty to all counts in indictment, court accepted plea, counts two, three, and four merge with count one for purposes of sentencing and state elected to have court sentence on counts two, three, and four, court sentenced defendant to 36 months in prison on count two, 18 months in prison on count three, and 12 months in prison on count four; all counts concurrent to each other and concurrent to 15 CR 090; six month driver’s license suspension; mandatory fine waived by affidavit, seized funds to be applied toward costs. Parrott, Kingston, receiving stolen property, defendant withdrew not guilty plea and entered plea of guilty to charge contained in the indictment, court accepted plea and sentenced defendant to 11 months in prison, restitution of $8,250 to Ross County Conservation League, costs assessed against defendant. Louis R. Jackson, Columbus, aggravated possession of drugs, defendant withdrew not guilty plea and entered plea of guilty to charge contained in the indictment, court accepted plea and sentenced defendant to 11 months in prison, driver’s license suspended for six months, costs waived. Kimberly L. Carroll, Waverly, possession of heroin, defendant withdrew not guilty plea and entered plea of guilty to charge contained in the indictment, court accepted plea and sentenced defendant to seven months in prison, driver’s license suspended for six months, costs waived. Judge Nusbaum

Joseph F. Strausbaugh, 429 E. Second St., burglary, court granted defendant’s motion for judicial release, court ordered three years community control, CBCF, aftercare, 200 hours community service within eight months of release from CBCF, cooperate with state and testify truthfully against co-defendants. Judge Nusbaum

Sunshine M. Eblin, Marysville, escape, defendant withdrew not guilty plea and entered plea of guilty to charge contained in the indictment, court accepted plea and sentenced defendant to nine months in prison, consecutive to sentence defendant is now serving, costs assessed against defendant. Dustin D. Gainer, Frankfort, receiving stolen property, at arraignment, defendant entered plea of guilty, court accepted plea and sentenced defendant to nine months in prison, concurrent to sentence defendant is now serving, costs assessed against defendant. Judge Nusbaum
