Oncology Hematology Consultants ending practice

ZANESVILLE — Oncology Hematology Consultants of Southeastern Ohio, Inc., will be closing its doors effective Oct. 31.

Dr. Kaye A. Linke is looking for a new office, but will not be practicing in the Zanesville area. Dr. Utpal Bhanja will be joining Strecker Cancer Center of Memorial Health System in Marietta starting in December with offices in Marietta, Caldwell and Belpre.

Any current patients can continue with Bhanja at his new locations or with Linke once her new location is confirmed. Bhanja will also no longer be providing services at Coshocton Hospital as of Oct. 31.

It is recommended that patients who wish to continue will local care contact the Genesis Cancer Center at 740-454-5271 or the Coshocton Hospital oncology clinic at 740-623-4442.

OHCSO will remain open with office staff until Nov. 30 to facilitate the transfer of medical records. Patients must present a written consent to have their confidential records transferred to a new facility or doctor. It is located at 751 Forest Ave., Suite 201, Zanesville.
