THEFT

• 5:51 p.m., a caller reported that a blue mountain bike was stolen, 600 block of East Second Street.

PROPERTY DAMAGE

• 12:56 p.m., a woman reported that someone wrote profanity in her front yard, 1000 block of Jefferson Street.

ASSISTANCE

• 9:33 a.m., a man said that someone took a Halloween decoration from his yard at night and he does not wish to file a report but requested extra patrols in the area, 900 block of East Second Street.

Saturday

NON INJURY ACCIDENT

• 10:06 p.m., a caller reported a hit and skip, however because it occurred outside of city limits, it was turned over to a county unit, corner of McKinley and West Fremont Street.

PARKING VIOLATION

• 9:56 p.m., a woman reported a red two-door vehicle parked in her driveway and does not know who it belonged to, 900 block of Virginia Street.

DISTURBANCE

• 8:30 p.m., a man reported that someone had the music up too loud and when officers arrived no music was playing; the complainant started yelling at people outside and he was warned, 900 block of Virginia Street.

ASSISTANCE

• 11:22 a.m., traffic control was requested as the street department was removing sand from Perry Street, City Beach.

JUVENILE COMPLAINT

• 5:01 p.m., a woman reported that her son was choked on the school bus, 800 block of East Third Street.

THEFT

• 4:26 p.m., a man reported that someone had used his credit card, 1800 block of East Perry Street.
