Indictments

The following people were indicted for felony offenses in Licking County Common Pleas Court:

Jose A. Ybarra, 48, last known address 3791 State Route 63, Lebanon, was charged with one count of violation of a protection order, a fifth-degree felony.

Between Aug. 31 and Sept. 8, Ybarra was suspected of violating a protection order, according to the indictment.

Rodney L. Walker Jr., 21, last known address 3242 McCutcheon Cross, Columbus, was charged with one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony and six counts of forgery, all fifth-degree felonies.

Between June 13 and July 7, Walker was suspected of stealing property and forging documents, according to the indictment.

Sherry A. Kloss, 51, last known address 293 1/2 Elmwood Ave., Newark, was charged with one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

On Sept. 25, Kloss was suspected of stealing property, according to the indictment.

Jim E. Haile, 61, last known address 954 Village Green Court, Heath, was charged with one count each of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony; trafficking in marijuana, a fourth-degree felony; and possession of marijuana, a fifth-degree felony; and two counts of having weapons under disability, both third-degree felonies.

On Sept. 24 and 25, Haile was suspected of selling Oxycodone and marijuana and having weapons in his possession after a prior felony conviction, according to the indictment.

Timothy J. Nice, 22, last known address 41 W. Channel St., Newark, was charged with two counts of burglary, both third-degree felonies; and one count each of having weapons under disability, a third-degree felony; receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony; domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony; and criminal damaging, a second-degree misdemeanor.

On Sept. 3, Nice was suspected of having a stolen firearm in his possession and stealing property and on Sept. 25, he was suspected of stealing property and assaulting a family member, according to the indictment.

Heath A. Hearld, 26, last known address 111 Second St. Northeast, Newark, was charged with two counts of burglary, both third-degree felonies; and one count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.

On Sept. 3, Hearld was suspected of having a stolen firearm in his possession and stealing property and on Sept. 25, he was suspected of stealing property, according to the indictment.
