Property reappraisal values being sent to owners

COSHOCTON -- The Coshocton County Auditor’s Office has completed property revaluations for the county-wide reappraisal and will be sending notices to property owners this week.

All revaluation records are available for public inspection by going to coshcoauditor.org or stopping in at the office. The team that did the reappraisals will be available the week of Oct. 19 with some limited evening appointments from 5 to 7 p.m. being offered for those who wish to go over the statements.
