A woman reported a theft in the 200 block of Neil Avenue and three land tablets were stolen.

INCIDENT
A man reported a theft and forgery in the 300 block of Pearl Street and $100 in cash was stolen.
AUGUST 25
INCIDENTS
A woman reported a break-in and criminal damaging in the 200 block of South Grand Avenue and a hedge trimmer, nailer, air compressor, circular saw, reciprocating saw, compound miter saw and a butane liter were stolen.
A man reported a theft in the 100 block of Latourette Street and a power cord and two electrical cord connectors were stolen.
A man reported a break-in in the 700 block of Kentucky Avenue and wooden cupboards were stolen.
A man reported a break-in in the 1100 block of Amboise Drive and a tool box, tools, floor jack and lockable tote bin were stolen.

A man was arrested in the 600 block of Silver Street on a warrant for failure to appear.
A woman was arrested in the 100 block of South Main Street on a charge of disorderly conduct by intoxication.
A man was arrested in the 100 block of Franconia Avenue on a charge of disorderly conduct by intoxication.

James D. Fobbs, 42, 345 N. Prospect St., was arrested in the 300 block of Madison Avenue on a felony charge of violating a protection order and a misdemeanor charge of violating probation.
A man was arrested in the 700 block of Silver Street on a warrant for failure to appear.
A man was arrested in the 100 block of Leader Street on a charge of violating probation.
A man was arrested in the 1000 block of Congress Street on a warrant for failure to appear.
A man was arrested in the 900 block of Gebhardt Street on a warrant for failure to appear and charges of violating probation and obstructing official business.

A man was arrested at the Multi-County Correctional Center on a warrant for failure to pay child support.
Two women were arrested in Pleasant Township on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and the first woman was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
A man and two women were arrested in the 1500 block of Marion Mount Gilead Road on a charge of disorderly conduct .
A woman was arrested in the 1500 block of Marion Mount Gilead Road on a charge of possessing an open container of alcohol.
A man was arrested in Montgomery Township on charges of domestic violence, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
A man was arrested in Marion Township on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
INCIDENTS
A theft from a motor vehicle was reported in Pleasant Township and a laptop was stolen.
A report was made of a lost or stolen phone in the 1500 block of Marion Mount Gilead Road and it was later returned to the owner after being found on Rosewood Avenue.
