Lowe-Volk Astronomy Club offers night sky viewing

CRESTLINE - Members of the Lowe-Volk Astronomy Club will share their knowledge and telescope skills at 7 p.m. Saturday at Lowe-Volk Park, 2401 Ohio 598.

Program attendees will have the opportunity to observe the Reflection Nebulae, called the Pleiades.

The program will show the moon rising as a waning gibbons 91 percent full. As the evening progresses, Orion rises and visitors will see Rigel, Betelgeuse and the Great Nebulae of Orion. Personal telescopes are welcomed or allow the volunteers to assist with those provided.
