Bond hearings

The following people appeared before Licking County Common Pleas Court Magistrate Mattie Klein for bond hearings Monday. The cases may be reviewed by a grand jury for possible indictment or additional charges.

Randa E. Wright, 19, last known address 412 E. Main St., Newark, was charged with aggravated possession, a second-degree felony.

On June 24, Wright was suspected of having more than 30 grams of methamphetamine in her possession, according to a statement of facts.

Klein set bond at $40,000.

Michele A. Dobos, 25, last known address 12536 Marne Road Northeast, Newark, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

On June 26, Dobos was suspected of having methamphetamine in her possession, according to a statement of facts.

Klein set bond at $25,000.

Carl R. Casto Jr., 18, last known address 12536 Marne Road Northeast, Newark, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

On June 26, Casto was suspected of having methamphetamine in his possession, according to a statement of facts.

Klein released Casto on his own recognizance.

Sierra O. Goodman, 18, last known address 1910 Felumlee Road Northeast, Nashport, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

On June 26, Goodman was suspected of having methamphetamine in her possession, according to a statement of facts.

Klein released Goodman on her own recognizance.

Joshua L. Hayes, 38, last known address 265 Everett Ave. Apt. B, Newark, was charged with assault on a peace officer, a fourth-degree felony.

On June 28, Hayes was suspected of attempting to cause physical harm to a police officer, according to a statement of facts.

Klein set bond at $5,000.

Trent A. Anderson, 21, last known address 675 Faith Ann Drive, Pataskala, was charged with theft, a fourth-degree felony.

Between April 12 and May 31, Anderson was suspected of stealing from an elderly person, according to a statement of facts.

Klein set bond at $10,000.

Lane A. Gibson, 28, last known address 267 Elmwood Ave. Apt. A, Newark, was charged with receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.

On June 25, Gibson was suspected of having a stolen vehicle in his possession, according to a statement of facts.

Klein set bond at $5,000.
