Man injured in Thornville crash

THORN TOWNSHIP – A Thornville man was injured when his car crashed into a pole on Ohio 204, just east of the Fairfield County line.

Carl Huff, 40, was flown to Grant Medical Center after the Friday afternoon crash, the Ohio Highway Patrol reported.

First responders found wires down across the car, which was on its side, but they were determined to be telephone or cable wires, not power lines.
