Bond hearings

The following people appeared before Licking County Common Pleas Court Magistrate Mattie Klein for bond hearings. The cases may be reviewed by a grand jury for possible indictment.

Sergio R. Garcia, last known address unknown, was charged with forgery, a fifth-degree felony.

On Feb. 6, Garcia was suspected of using a counterfeit $100 bill at a business, according to a statement of facts.

Klein set bond at $10,000.

Semira T. Birke, 18, last known address 6441 Old Ben Lane, Canal Winchester, was charged with illegal processing of drug documents, a fifth-degree felony.

On Feb. 7, Birke was suspected of using a falsified prescription for codeine, according to a statement of facts.

Klein set bond at $5,000.
