Bond hearing

The following person appeared before Magistrate Mattie Klein for a bond hearing Friday. The case may be reviewed by a grand jury for possible indictment or additional charges.

Shawn E. Cunningham, 27, last known address 9601 Loches Road, St. Louisville, was charged with receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.

On Jan. 18, Cunningham was suspected of having a stolen credit card in his possession, according to a statement of facts.

Klein set bond at $10,000.
