ARRESTS

Two men were arrested in the 1200 block of East Center Street on a charge of possessing a drug abuse instrument.

A man was arrested in the 100 block of South Main Street on a charge of disorderly conduct by intoxication.

INCIDENTS

A woman reported unlawful restraint and assault in the 100 block of Davids Street.

A man reported a burglary in the 500 block of Tyler Street.

JULY 1

ARRESTS

A man was arrested in the 300 block of West Columbia Street on a charge of disorderly conduct by intoxication.

A woman was arrested in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue on charges of possessing a drug abuse instrument, disorderly conduct and obstructing official business.

A woman was arrested in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue on a charge of disorderly conduct.

A woman was arrested in the 100 block of Nye Street on a warrant for failure to appear.

INCIDENTS

A woman reported an assault in the 300 block of West Columbia Street.

JUNE 30

A possible theft was reported in Marion Township.

Two thefts were reported in Marion Township. A lawn mower and a power washer were stolen from a shed.

A theft was reported in Pleasant Township and a battery was stolen from a tractor.
