Indictments

The following people were indicted for felony offenses in Licking County Common Pleas Court:

Musa O. Kamara, 26, last known address 3044 Rotunda Court South, Columbus, was charged with one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.

On July 21, Kamara was suspected of possessing stolen property, according to the indictment.

Ray A. Ingram II, 24, last known address 5983 Lake Club Square Apt. F, Columbus, was charged with one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony.

On July 22, Ingram was suspected of forging a document, according to the indictment.

Brandon A. McGrother, 21, last known address 41 Santa Monica Lane, Whitehall, was charged with three counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, all fifth-degree felonies.

On July 18, McGrother was suspected of stealing credit cards and having stolen credit cards in his possession, according to the indictment.

Paige C.J. Elliott, 24, last known address 271 Hudson Ave., Newark, was charged with one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.

On July 5, Elliott was suspected of causing serious physical harm to another person, according to the indictment.

Adam L. Vincent, 24, last known address 89 Fleek Ave., Newark, was charged with one count of domestic violence, a fifth-degree felony.

On July 20, Vincent was suspected of assaulting a pregnant woman, according to the indictment.

Fredrick D. Rhodes, 18, last known address 298 Elmwood Ave., Newark, was charged with one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

On April 25, Rhodes was suspected of having methamphetamine in his possession, according to the indictment.

Gloria F. Daniels, 36, last known address 2087 Pine Grove Lane, Columbus, was charged with one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

On Nov. 24, Daniels was suspected of having heroin in her possession, according to the indictment.

Bobbie J. Perry, 40, last known address 3220 Colerain Ave., Cincinnati, was charged with one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

On Nov. 24, Perry was suspected of possessing heroin, according to the indictment.

Jenna H. I. Marcum, 27, last known address 11 N. Rogers St., Mount Vernon, was charged with one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

On April 29, Marcum was suspected of having heroin in her possession, according to the indictment.

Brady A. Dunlap, 22, last known address 7418 Reform Road, Newark, was charged with one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

On May 30, Dunlap was suspected of having methamphetamine in his possession, according to the indictment.

Linda R. Boyer, 53, last known address 2569 London Grove Road, Columbus, was charged with one count each of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony; and possession of drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor.

On March 6, Boyer was suspected of having heroin in her possession, according to the indictment.

Stephanie N. Miller, 22, last known address 2874 La Vista Drive, Columbus, was charged with three counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, all fifth-degree felonies.

On July 18, Miller was suspected of stealing credit cards and having stolen credit cards in her possession, according to the indictment.

Walter F. Crouse, 41, last known address 6609 Buck Ridge, Canal Winchester, was charged with one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony.

On July 15, Crouse was suspected of having methamphetamine in his possession, according to the indictment.

James B. Anglin, 33, last known address 27 Scioto Drive Apt. H, Heath, was charged with two counts of theft from the elderly, both fourth-degree felonies; and one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Between Jan. 4 and 27 and on March 18, Anglin was suspected of stealing from an elderly person and on March 18, he was suspected of having Oxycodone in his possession, according to the indictment.

William A. Cummings, 51, last known address 168 E. Main St., Newark, was charged with two counts of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of forgery, all fifth-degree felonies.

On Jan. 16 and Feb. 17, Cummings was suspected of possessing heroin and on Jan. 26, he was suspected of forging a document, according to the indictment.

Courtney M. Farley, 19, last known address 40 S. Kasson St., Johnstown, was charged with one count each of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony; and one count of possession of drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor.

On Oct. 17, Farley was suspected of possessing heroin, according to the indictment.

Justin A. Baughman, 31, last known address 4780 Walnut Road Apt. 2, Buckeye Lake, was charged with one count each of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

On June 3, Baughman was suspected of fleeing from police and on June 4, he was suspected of possessing methamphetamine, according to the indictment.

Uriah M. Dunn, 41, last known address 127 E. Channel St., Newark, was charged with one count each of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony; and failure of a sex offender to notify a change of address, a third-degree felony.

Between May 28 and the present, Dunn was suspected of failing to update his address as a sex offender and on June 8, he was suspected of selling or offering to sell methamphetamine, according to the indictment.

Josef L. Franklin, 32, last known address 110 Sims St. Apt. C, Newark, was charged with one count each of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

On May 27, Franklin was suspected of having methamphetamine and Alprazolam in his possession, according to the indictment.

Ann B. McNamara, 25, last known address 239 Granview, Granville, was charged with two counts of possession of heroin, one a fourth-degree and one a fifth-degree felony; and one count each of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony; and trafficking in heroin, a fourth-degree felony.

On June 24, McNamara was suspected of selling or offering to sell heroin and possession heroin and cocaine and on July 16, she was suspected of possessing heroin, according to the indictment.
