Three indicted on sexual assault counts

MARION – A Marion County grand jury indicted 18 people recently, with three facing sexual assault charges and eight facing drug charges. Of the eight drug-related indictments, two are joint indictments.

•Jack C. Kyser, Jr., 47, 1099 Uncapher Ave., was indicted on three counts of rape, all first-degree felonies.

•Joliffe B. Aldridge, 22, 359 Blaine Ave., was indicted on one count of rape, a first-degree felony, and one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

•Christopher G. Glass, 59, 433 Davids St., was indicted on two counts of gross sexual imposition, both third-degree felonies.

•Jose Valdez Jr., 29, 142 N. Grand Ave., was indicted on one count of trafficking in cocaine, a first-degree felony; one count of trafficking in cocaine, a third-degree felony; and one count of trafficking in heroin, a third-degree felony. As a forfeiture specification to the three counts, the state seeks forfeiture of $11,852 reported found in the Valdez’s possession, a copy of the indictment states.

•Michael T. Austin Jr. 27, 470 Oak St., was indicted on one count of corrupting another with drugs, a second-degree felony; three counts of trafficking in heroin, all fourth-degree felonies; one count of possession of heroin, a fourth-degree felony; and one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.

•Jamal R. Harris, 24, Detroit, was indicted on one count of trafficking in heroin, a fourth-degree felony; three counts of trafficking in heroin, a fifth-degree felony; one count of possession of heroin, a fourth-degree felony; and one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.

•Garrett L. Cole, 25, 470 Oak St., was indicted on two counts of possession of heroin, both fourth-degree felonies, and one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.

Austin, Harris and Cole were charged in a joint indictment. A forfeiture specification attached to one count of possession of heroin and the possession of cocaine count seeks forfeiture of $182 in cash and three televisions reported found in their possession.

•Luther McIntosh, 42, 364 Pearl St., was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

•Shannon Cunningham, 45, 264 Pearl St., was indicted on one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

•Devin Adkins, 22, 364 Pearl St., was indicted on one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. McIntosh, Cunningham and Adkins were charged in a joint indictment.

•Robert W. Troche Jr., 29, 425 N. State St., was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

•David I. Higgins, 29, 538 E. Center St., was indicted on one count of aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony, and one count of felonious assault, a third-degree felony.

•Timothy Russell, 19, 1279 Montego Drive, was indicted on one count of attempted burglary, a third-degree felony.

•Robert B. Hall, 46, 5213 Marion Upper Sandusky Road, was indicted on one count of domestic violence, a third-degree felony.

•Brandon T. Leeper, 20, Prospect, was indicted on one count of domestic violence, a third-degree felony.

•Donald E. Mollett Jr., 47, 1060 N. Main St., was indicted on one count of domestic violence, a third-degree felony.

•Ryan A. Belt, 18, 330 Willow St., was indicted on one count of assault, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of obstructing official business, a fifth-degree felony.

•Sarah A. Kyser, 41, 1416 DeCliff Road N,was indicted on one count of improper handling of firearms, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor.
