Free mammograms offered Tuesday at ProMedica

FREMONT – ProMedica will offer a free mammogram clinic to provide breast cancer screenings for individuals between the ages of 40 to 64 who have no insurance or insurance with a high deductible for mammograms and have not had a mammogram within the last 24 months.

The event is 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 4 at ProMedica Memorial Hospital, 715 S. Taft Ave., Fremont. These free mammogram clinics are provided through grant funding from Susan G. Komen Northwest Ohio. Appointments are required; call 419-333-2036 to schedule a screening.
