Heather D. Cain, 156 W. High St., Frankfort, possession of cocaine, defendant pleaded guilty but no finding of guilt made as defendant accepted into drug court, $2,158 forfeited to the state. Judge Ater

Craig R. Boyd, West Portsmouth, possession of cocaine, aggravated possession of drugs, defendant waived preliminary community control violation hearing, final hearing set for Aug. 11 and bond set at own recognizance. Judge Ater

Randy L. Wright, 504 Arch St., receiving stolen property, forgery, court found defendant incompetent with substantial possibility of being restored to competence, to be confined to Twin Valley Behavioral Health for restoration. Judge Ater

Angela R. Seward, 805 Adams Ave., possession of heroin, preliminary community control violation hearing waived with final hearing set for Aug. 20 and bond set at $25,000. Judge Nusbaum

Dustin A. Hartman, 143 E. Water St., breaking and entering, preliminary community control violation hearing waived and defendant admitted to violating community control, sentenced to serve balance of 12 months in prison, court costs. Judge Ater

Lynnette D. Marsh, 3351 Wilson Run Road, felonious assault, sentenced to two years community control, 180 days in Ross County Jail, polyabuse evaluation, court costs, no alcohol, no contact with victim. Judge Ater

Wendy K. Barnes, 548 Cedar St., theft of drugs, deception to obtain a dangerous drug, preliminary community control violation hearing waived and final hearing set for Aug. 11 with bond set at $10,000. Judge Ater

Justin D. Litteral, Greenfield, breaking and entering, preliminary community control violation hearing waived with final hearing set for Aug. 3, bond set at $10,000 with 10 percent stipulation. Judge Ater

Donald E. Baker, 3162 Massieville Road, trespass against a habitation when a person is present, preliminary community control violation waived with final hearing set for Aug. 3 and bond set at $25,000. Judge Ater

Michael D. Mick, 786 Massieville Road Lot B, felonious assault, two counts of criminal damaging, court continued defendant’s community control sanctions at final community control violation hearing. Judge Nusbaum

Angela M. Hovater, 127 Cedarwood Dr., felonious assault, sentenced to two years in prison, court costs. Judge Nusbaum

James L. Hay, Lebanon Correctional Institution, aggravated possession of drugs, defendant changed plea to guilty, sentenced to six months in prison consecutive to current sentence, court costs. Judge Nusbaum

Larry L. Babbs, Chillicothe, domestic violence, motion for judicial release granted with modification to five years community control and no contact with victim or victim’s immediate family. Judge Nusbaum

Jordan M. Sullivan, Orient correctional facility, tampering with evidence, motion for judical release granted, three years community control, 200 hours community service within eight months, report weekly to Ross County Probation, maintain employment. Judge Nusbaum

Philip A. Thurston, 19451 Buffalo Road, Laurelville, having weapons while under disability, sentenced to three years community control, 28 days in Ross County Jail, 100 hours community service within eight months, intensive supervision program, court costs. Judge Nusbaum

Shane A. Hayes, 628 E. Main St., two counts receiving stolen property, defendant changed plea to guilty, sentenced to six months in prison on each count served concurrently, court costs. Judge Nusbaum

Gary D. Howard, 924 Cleveland Ave., aggravated trafficking in drugs, defendant admintted to community control violations and sentenced to original sentence of 17 months in prison. On a forgery count, defendant changed plea to guilty and sentenced to 11 months in prison concurrent to other sentence, restitution of $605 to victim, court costs. Judge Nusbaum
