Missing 2-year-old found safe in Adelphi

CHILLICOTHE – Missing 2-year-old Jennifer Ebert has been found safe by Ross County deputies on Walnut Street in Adelphi.

She was turned over to Children's Services, which was granted temporary custody about a month ago.
