BREAKING AND ENTERING

•1:04 a.m., a breaking and entering incident was reported in the 5000 block of Vickery Street.

THEFT

•1:35 a.m., a flatbed trailer was stolen from a business in the 3800 block of W. State Street, with the incident pending further investigation.

FIRE

•1:45 a.m., a fire was reported in the 4000 block of Fangboner Road.

CRASH

•6:19 a.m., a crash was reported at U.S. 6 and Sandusky County Road 64.

•6:44 p.m., a crash was reported on Sandusky County Road 102 south of Sandusky County Road 7, with transport to the Fremont ER.

CHARGED

•12:37 a.m., three Fremont juveniles were charged with curfew violations, underage consumption, possession of tobacco, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed weapon and obstruction of official business. Two of the juveniles were released to their parents and the third juvenile was taken to Fremont ER due to high alcohol consumption.

• 12:04 p.m., Sarai Perez, 17, Fremont was cited for no assured clear distance ahead and a temporary permit violation following a crash on Fangboner Road.

FRAUD

•7:28 p.m., identity fraud was reported in the 600 block of W. State Street.

MENACING

•7:35 p.m., a woman’s car was damaged and she and a passenger were threatened by an intoxicated man at Walsh Park. The man was not located. He was described as an older white male wearing a gray hat, jean shorts and a short sleeve shirt.

THEFT

•9:06 p.m., there was a report of theft from Wal-Mart, with the theft happening earlier in the day.

CHARGED

•11:35 p.m., a 24 year old Oak Harbor man was charged with disorderly conduct in the 1400 block of Napoleon Street.
