Man indicted on four counts of sexual battery

Andrew J. Miller, 30, 650 Davids St., was indicted on four counts of sexual battery and four counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. All eight counts are third-degree felonies.

Miller is currently on trial for aggravated vehicular homicide in Delaware County Common Pleas Court in connection with a 2014 road-rage incident involving him and Richard C. Stephens. Stephens pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide earlier this year.

Brenda Stephens, Richard’s wife, was killed in the crash. Marion and Delaware County Prosecutor’s offices said the road rage incident was connected to the alleged sex offenses.

Other indictments:

Stacy Shock, 25, 365 Thompson St., was indicted on one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; one count of theft of drugs, a fourth-degree felony; one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony.

Sheila M. Evans, 29, Columbus, Ohio, was indicted on one count of possession of heroin, a second-degree felony, and one count of possession of cocaine, a fourth-degree felony.

Aaron C. Kidd, 22, 369 South Prospect St., was indicted on one count of illegal conveyance of a drug of abuse onto a detention facility, a third-degree felony, one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.

David P. Brady, 43, Nevada, Ohio, was indicted on one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, and one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

Adrian Jones Jr., 19, 244 Owens St. Apt. 8, was indicted on one count of possession of heroin, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of trafficking in heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

Annette M. Hicks, 46, 279 Rose Ave., was indicted on one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, and one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

Charda C. Grandberry, 29, 132 1/2 Charles St., was indicted on one count of trafficking in heroin, a fourth-degree felony.

Evelyn Spencer, 52, 1033 Isel Ave., was indicted on one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

Logan M. Johnston, 21, 1312 Likens Road., was indicted on one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

Paul Dillinger, 27, 963 Bellefontaine St., was indicted on one count of possessing weapons under disability, a third-degree felony, and one count of carrying a concealed weapon, a fourth-degree felony.

Hayden M. Holsinger, 21, last known address 614 Darius St., was indicted on one count of theft of firearms, a third-degree felony, with a firearms specification.

Jerry Moore, 67, 840 Underwood Ave., was indicted on three counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, a third-degree felony.

Darrell G. Ashba, Jr., 34, 315 S. Main St., was indicted on two counts of domestic violence, a third-degree felony.

Freedom J. Patton, 37, 203 Erie St., was indicted on one count of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of assault, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Jason W. Coykendall, 22, 551 Universal Ave., was indicted on one count of domestic violence, a third-degree felony.

Codey D. Gaylor, 21, 188 Short St., was indicted on one count of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.

Whitney Pitchford, 33, 538 S. Main St., was indicted on one count of theft of drugs, a fourth-degree felony.

Kevin E. Swearingen, 46, Cardington, was indicted on one count of theft, a fourth-degree felony.

Kelly R. Crosley, 30, no known address, was indicted on one count of theft of a credit card, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of misuse of a credit card, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Michael R. Hopper, 28, 249 South Seffner Ave., was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.

Shawn A. Stansberry, 26, 218 Whetstone River Road., was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.
