Police log: Horse found walking in street

DISTURBANCE

• 7:31 p.m., a caller said someone was in her car and refused to leave, 840 block C.R. 224, Green Creek Township.

DETACHED CABLE

• 5:01 p.m., a caller said cable lines were dangling from poles. The caller said cars were driving into them, 4500 block, C.R. 183, Green Creek Township.

TRAFFIC COMPLAINT

• 4:55 p.m., a caller said powerlines were detached from poles and were in the roadway, 3060 block Smith Road, Ballville Township.

TRAFFIC COMPLAINT

• 4:51 p.m., a caller said a downed tree was blocking the roadway, 500 block White Street, Sandusky Township.

FIRE

• 1:59 p.m., a caller said a pole barn was on fire. There were no injuries reported, 420 block South Street, Woodville.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

• 12:09 p.m., a caller said a horse was walking down the street. The horse was found and returned to home, 2000 block Ohio 412.

THEFT

• 10 a.m., a caller said aluminum light pole arms were stolen from his home, 1380 block C.R. 201.

CHARGED

• A 59-year-old Fremont man was charged with one misdemeanor count of domestic menacing.

• A 27-year-old Bellevue man was charged with one misdemeanor count each of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a drug instrument and two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear.

• A 29-year-old Fremont man was charged with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• 11:26 p.m., a caller said a traffic light pole was broken, West State and South Wood Streets.

• 12:35 p.m., a caller said a tree fell onto the roof of his car, 810 block Willow Street.

BREAKING AND ENTERING

• 10:09 a.m., a caller said someone attempted to break into her garage. Officers said there was no damage, 115 block Sandusky Avenue.

• 5:12a.m., a caller said someone was attempting to break into their home, 1220 block Stiwell Avenue.

CHARGED

• A 75-year-old Fremont man was arrested for shoplifting. The property was recovered by police.

• 6:08 p.m., a caller said a juvenile was using picnic tables for skateboarding, Fair Street.

• 6:06 p.m., a caller reported his vehicle was damaged, Woodland Avenue.
