Two counts of operating a vehicle impaired, driving under suspension, no driver’s license, marked lanes violation, no seat belt — Richard W. Butler Jr., 47, of 731 Smith Lane, Londonderry, one count and charges 3 through 6 dismissed with prejudice in consideration of plea to second count, guilty, fined $375 and court costs, sentenced to two-year probation and 30 days in Ross County Jail, driver’s license suspended two years, ordered to complete alcohol and substance abuse counseling, subject to random testing.

Two counts of operating a vehicle impaired, physical control — Joseph E. Snavely, 32, of 2983 Pleasant Valley Road, Waverly, one count and charge 3 dismissed with prejudice in consideration of plea to second count, guilty, fined $375 and court costs, sentenced to one year probation, driver's license suspended 180 days, ordered to complete alcohol and substance abuse counseling and driver intervention program, subject to random testing.

Two counts of operating a vehicle impaired, driving under suspension, non-compliance suspension, license forfeiture, no seat belt — David Valliere, 29, of Gardner, Massachusetts, one count and charges 3 through 6 dismissed with prejudice in consideration of plea to second count, guilty, fined $375 and court costs, sentenced to one year probation and 16 days in Ross County Jail, driver’s license suspended six months, ordered to complete alcohol and substance abuse counseling, subject to random testing.

Operating a vehicle impaired, traffic light violation — Melissa M. Degonzague, 27, of 460 Jamison Road, Frankfort, charge 2 dismissed with prejudice in consideration of plea to charge 1, guilty, fined $375 and court costs, sentenced to one year probation, driver’s license suspended six months, ordered to complete driver intervention program, subject to random testing.

Tuesday

Driving under suspension, no driver’s license — Joseph S. Pfeifer, 38, of 156 Maple Road, Londonderry, charge 2 dismissed with prejudice, guilty to charge 1, fined $250 and court costs, sentenced to one year probation and three days in Ross County Jail, driver’s license suspended 180 days.

Theft — Amanda Thacker, 27, of 14996 Pleasant Valley Road, Lot 21, case dismissed without prejudice because facts were unlikely to lead to conviction.

Domestic violence, assault, theft, criminal mischief — James Jordan Jr., 26, of 19 E. Pickaway St., Kingston, charges 1 and 2 dismissed with prejudice because testimony of witness was not secured, charge 3 reduced to charge 4, guilty, fined $75 and court costs, sentenced to one year probation and one day in Ross County Jail.

Assault — Carla D. Rowland, 48, of 1083 Theatre St., case dismissed without prejudice because victim’s appearance was not secured; March 4.

Possessing drug abuse instruments — Kimberly L. Carroll, 43, of Columbus, case dismissed without prejudice because analysis was unavailable.

Trespass — Tammy Eidenour, 48, of 216 Locust St., guilty, fined $50 and court costs, sentenced to one year probation, ordered to not contact victims.

Theft — Staci D. Houston, 44, of Mount Vernon, guilty, sentenced to two-year probation and 60 days in Ross County Jail, ordered to complete counseling, barred from entering Kroger stores.

Unauthorized use of a vehicle, hit and skip, failure to control — Jesse J. Chamberlin, 23, of 251 Lakeview Drive, case dismissed without prejudice because defendant is in prison.

Receiving stolen property — Reilly Patrick McGinnis, 25, of 1298 Alum Cliff Road, case dismissed without prejudice in order to preserve speedy trial and conduct requires further investigation.

Disorderly conduct-provoking — Robert Wright, 28, of 639 Stone Road, case dismissed with prejudice because victim did not appear.

Aggravated menacing, menacing — Christopher Schreiber, 19, of 59 N. Second St., Frankfort, charge 1 reduced to charge 2 with prejudice, guilty, fined $100 and court costs, sentenced to one year probation and two days in Ross County Jail, ordered to not contact victim.

Two counts of theft — Todd A. Iseton, 30, of 2412 Massieville Road, guilty, fined $400 and court costs, ordered to pay restitution to Wal-Mart, sentenced to two-year probation and 10 days in Ross County Jail, barred from entering Wal-Mart in Chillicothe

Falsification — Ashley Nicole Atwood, 20, of 1688 Hartwood Road, guilty, fined $100 and court costs, sentenced to one year probation and two days in Ross County Jail, ordered to complete mental health counseling.

Wednesday

Operating a vehicle impaired, left of center — Albert A. Hines, 56, of 42 Leggett Ave., charge 2 dismissed with prejudice in consideration of plea to charge 1, guilty, fined $375 and court costs, sentenced to one year probation, driver’s license suspended six months, ordered to complete driver intervention program.

Operating a vehicle impaired, suspended driver’s license, failure to control — Stanley W. Mitchell, 31, of 2843 Ohio 207, Court 2, Lot 2, charge 2 dismissed with prejudice in consideration of plea to charges 1 and 3, guilty, fined $525 and court costs, sentenced to one year probation and 10 days in Ross County Jail, driver’s license suspended one year, ordered to complete alcohol and substance abuse counseling, subject to random testing.

Operating a vehicle impaired — Wendell K. Calton, 62, of 27355 Armstrong Road, case dismissed without prejudice because impaired driving was not observed, test result was low and State was unlikely to be successful at trial.
