Family looking for information on missing teenager

NEWARK – The family of a local teenager is looking for information to help bring their loved one home safely.

Nakisha Ferrell, 15, was reported missing May 13. She has not been in contact with her family since May 16.

Ferrell has run away from home before, according to a police report filed by her family.

Ferrell is described as being about 5-feet-4-inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds. She has a piercing near her lip and a nose piercing.

Ferrell's hair is described as being brown, but lighter colored on the ends. She also has brown eyes.
