Camelback 101 gives instruction for new runners

The Fremont Runners Club will be offering a Camelback 101 class for new runners/joggers and those interested in taking up the sport.

The class will offer instruction and motivational assistance with the goal of competing in the Camelback 5K or 10K on June 13.

The 101 class will start on April 8 at St. Joseph Central Catholic High School at 6 p.m. Registration is the day of the first meeting and the cost is $25 which includes a 101 training shirt and entry into either the 5K or 10K Camelback race.
