Operating a vehicle impaired, suspended driver’s license — Brian K. Curtis, 37, of 320 Constitution Drive, case dismissed without prejudice in order to preserve speedy trial.

Wednesday

Two counts of operating a vehicle impaired, no headlights — Brian Nichols, 40, of 1230 Western Ave., one count and charge 3 dismissed with prejudice in consideration of plea to second count, guilty, fined $525 and court costs, sentenced to two-year probation and 10 days in Ross County Jail, ordered to complete alcohol and substance abuse counseling, driver's license suspended one year, subject to random testing.

Violation of community control sanction — Megan A. Current-Trego, 26, of 10354 Ohio 28, Frankfort, guilty, sentenced to 145 days in Ross County Jail, 34 days credit given for time served, remaining days will be suspended if defendant completes counseling.

Three counts of operating a vehicle impaired, failure to yield stop sign, drug abuse, menacing — Robert L. Konkler, 34, of 367 Bowdle Road, two counts and charges 4 and 5 dismissed with prejudice in consideration of plea to third count, guilty to third count and charge 6, fined $425 and court costs, sentenced to two-year probation and three days in Ross County Jail, ordered to complete alcohol and substance abuse counseling and driver intervention program, driver’s license suspended one year, subject to random testing, ordered to not contact victim.

Violation of community control sanction — Brian A. Bliss, 31, of 223 N. Sugar St., guilty, ordered to complete counseling and community service work.

Theft — Carole A. Dunlap, 49, of 23 Hildegarten St., guilty, fined $250 and court costs, sentenced to one year probation, ordered to complete shoplifting counseling and 35 hours of community service work, barred from entering Wal-Mart Stores.

Aggravated robbery — DaJohn Barnes, 18, of 665 Pine St., case dismissed without prejudice because defendant was already indicted.

Two counts of trespass — Joseph L. Sopher, 26, of last known address 603 Sherman Park, one count dismissed with prejudice in consideration of plea to second count, guilty, fined $50 and court costs, sentenced to one year probation and two days in Ross County Jail, barred from entering victim’s property.

Resisting arrest — Martin C. Knisley, 37, of 3011 Potts Hill Road, Bainbridge, case dismissed without prejudice because defendant is in prison.

Disorderly conduct-provoking — Mark W. Smith, 57, of 537 Parsons Ave., guilty, sentenced to two days in Ross County Jail.

Trespass — Chelsy R. Lemaster, 24, of 596 W. Fifth St., Apt. 29, no contest, fined $50 and court costs, sentenced to one year probation and 10 days in Ross County Jail, barred from entering Amber's Drive Thru.

Thursday

Two counts of operating a vehicle impaired, failure to control, physical control — Chad M. Rider, 38, of 2142 Ohio 327, Londonderry, one count reduced to charge 4, second count and charge 3 dismissed with prejudice, guilty to charge 4, fined $500 and court costs, sentenced to two-year probation and 10 days in Ross County Jail, ordered to complete alcohol and substance abuse counseling, subject to random testing.

Operating a vehicle impaired, fleeing — Jeremy D. Johnson, 37, of 665 Buckeye St., charge 2 dismissed with prejudice in consideration of plea to charge 1, guilty, fined $375 and court costs, sentenced to two-year probation and five days in Ross County Jail, ordered to complete driver intervention program and alcohol and substance abuse counseling, driver’s license suspended one year, subject to random testing.

Violation of community control sanction — Dominic M. Turner, 22, of 402 Lincoln Park, guilty, sentenced to 35 days in Ross County Jail, days will be suspended if defendant completes community service work and counseling.

Violation of community control sanction — Richard Lowery, 49, of last known address 386 S. Locust St., guilty, sentenced to 35 days in Ross County Jail, days will be suspended if defendant completes counseling.

Violating a temporary protection order — Carl M. Hitchens Jr., 43, of 310 Shawnee Trail, Frankfort, case dismissed without prejudice because defendant is in prison.

Theft — Alisha D. Zeimer, 32, of 1234 S. Pickaway St., guilty, fined $250 and court costs, sentenced to one year probation, ordered to complete shoplifting counseling and 35 hours of community service work, barred from entering Kmart Stores.

Violation of community control sanction — Joshua E. Gowen, 19, of 340 W. Riehle Road, guilty, sentenced to 35 days in Ross County Jail, days will be suspended if defendant completes community service work and counseling.

Friday

Two counts of operating a vehicle impaired, suspended driver’s license, no tail lights or license plate light — Kenneth R. Tackett, 43, of 3282 Wilson Run Road, one count and charges 3 and 4 dismissed with prejudice in consideration of plea to second count, guilty, fined $525 and court costs, sentenced to 90 days house arrest, two-year probation and 10 days in Ross County Jail, ordered to complete alcohol and substance abuse counseling, driver’s license suspended one year, subject to random testing.

Violation of community control sanction — Bryan D. Barr, 26, of 9053 Lower Twin Road, guilty, sentenced to 30 days in Ross County Jail, days will be suspended if defendant is compliant with counseling.

Operating a vehicle impaired, left of center — Harold Holden III, 21, of Columbus, guilty, fined $400 and court costs, sentenced to one year probation, ordered to complete driver intervention program and alcohol and substance abuse counseling, driver’s license suspended 180 days, subject to random testing.

Operating a vehicle impaired, fictitous plate, two counts of driving under suspension, failure to control — William C. Clouser, 37, of 424 Owl Creek Road, Frankfort, charges 2 through 5 dismissed with prejudice in consideration of plea to charge 1, guilty, fined $850 and court costs, sentenced to five-year probation and 180 days in Ross County Jail, ordered to complete alcohol and substance abuse counseling, driver’s license suspended five years, subject to random testing.
