Indictments

The following people were indicted for felony offenses in Licking County Common Pleas Court.

Taylor E. Wood, 18, last known address 147 N. Terrace Ave. Apt. 3, Newark, was charged with two counts of robbery, one a third-degree and one a second-degree felony.

On Aug. 23, Wood was suspected of breaking into a residence, according to the indictment.

Nathan R. Miller, 21, last known address 243 Myers Ave., Buckeye Lake, was charged with two counts of burglary, one a second-degree and one a third-degree felony; and one count each of assault, a first-degree misdemeanor; and criminal damaging, a second-degree misdemeanor.

On May 19, Miller was suspected of robbing a person and assaulting property, according to the indictment.

Jason L. Miller, 33, last known address 16149 State Route 104, Chillicothe, was charged with two counts of robbery, one a second-degree and one a third-degree felony.

On Aug. 23, Miller was suspected of breaking into a residence, according to the indictment.

Randa E. Wright, 19, last known address 412 E. Main St., Newark, was charged with one count each of aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony; tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; and aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony.

On June 24, Wright was suspected of selling or offering to sell methamphetamine, according to the indictment.

Christina M. Ferrell, 26, last known address 29 S. Hartford Ave., Centerburg, was charged with one count each of escape, a fifth-degree felony; and criminal damaging, a second-degree misdemeanor.

On June 23, Ferrell was suspected of fleeing from police and damaging a cruiser, according to the indictment.

Ryan A. Ferguson, 31, last known address 412 E. Main St,. Newark, was charged with two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, one a second-degree and one a fourth-degree felony; and one count each of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony.

On June 24, Ferguson was suspected of selling or offering to sell methamphetamine, according to the indictment.

Jason T. Pyatt, 45, last known address 81 S. 32nd St., Newark, was charged with one count of intimidation, a third-degree felony.

On June 12, Pyatt was suspected of attempting to intimidate court officials, according to the indictment.

Charles R. Conklin, 30, last known address 4017 Millstone Road, Columbus, was charged with one count of assault on a police officer, a fourth-degree felony.

On June 23, Conklin was suspected of assaulting a police officer, according to the indictment.

William D. Guyer Jr., 46, last known address 113 Bancroft St., Hebron, was charged with one count each of rape, a first-degree felony; and kidnapping, a first-degree felony.

Between June 22 and 23, Guyer was suspected of forcing a person to engage in sexual conduct, according to the indictment.
