• 8:20 p.m., a caller said there was an injured deer near a cemetery, Cleveland Avenue, Ballville Township.

BREAKING AND ENTERING

• 8:04 p.m., a caller said a subject attempted to pry open a garage door, 2200 block East McPherson Highway, York Township.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON

• 3:51 p.m., a caller said a man followed her home and parked in her driveway. The caller said he asked if he could stay in her driveway and look for bad guys, 3920 block North Ohio 53, Rice Township.

BREAKING AND ENTERING

• 10:49 a.m., a caller said someone broke into his wife’s vehicle. Deputies said the garage door was opened and there was no sign of forced entry, 1600 block Ohio 53, Ballville Township.

CHARGED

• A 49-year-old Burgoon woman was charged with one misdemeanor count of contempt.

• A 26-year-old Fremont woman was charged with one misdemeanor count for drug paraphernalia.

FIGHT

• 8:27 p.m., a caller said two subjects were fighting and one had a gun. Officers were unable to find two subjects fighting. One subject was located and told police it was a misunderstanding and there was no fighting, South Front Street and Hayes Avenue.

THEFT

• 4:08 p.m., a man came to police station to report a missing camera from his vehicle. The man said he did not remember if the vehicle was locked, 1141 W. State St.

• 11:38 a.m., a caller said a woman was driving recklessly on the highway, East McPherson Highway.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

• 10:19 a.m., a caller said someone dumped oil on a tree and it is dying, 120 Nelson Street.

VEHICLE COMPLAINT

• 9:44 a.m., a caller reported a neighbor had junk vehicles and trash scattered between properties, 100 block Pfeiffer Avenue.
